Rosa

Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Rosa, a baby and feeding tracker app ("Rosa", "we", "our", "us"). By using Rosa, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Rosa lets you track feeding, sleep, nappies, pumping, growth, milestones, and vaccinations for your child, and share that data in real time with caregivers you invite. Core tracking features are free. Premium features (predictions, AI insights, growth percentile charts, PDF export) are available via subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

2. Accounts

You must be an adult to create a Rosa account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account secure. If you invite a caregiver, you're responsible for their access to the baby's data — you can revoke it at any time in Settings.

3. Free trial

Rosa offers a free trial of Premium features. No payment method is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends — you must actively choose and pay for a plan to continue Premium access.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly and Annual Premium subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings — we cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; those are handled solely by Apple under its own policies.

5. Lifetime purchase — important limitations

Rosa offers a one-time "Lifetime Premium" purchase as an alternative to a recurring subscription. Please read this section carefully:

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Rosa to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app.

7. Disclaimer

Rosa is a tracking and organisational tool, not a medical device. Growth charts, predictions, and reminders are estimates based on the data you enter and general reference curves (e.g. WHO growth standards) — they are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for consulting a paediatrician or healthcare professional. Vaccination schedule information is provided for organisational convenience only; always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using Rosa and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rosa after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. [Confirm/adjust jurisdiction if this isn't accurate for your situation.]
