These terms govern your use of Rosa, a baby and feeding tracker app ("Rosa", "we", "our", "us"). By using Rosa, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Rosa lets you track feeding, sleep, nappies, pumping, growth, milestones and vaccinations for your child, and share that data in real time with caregivers you invite. Core tracking features are free. Premium features (insights, growth percentile charts, PDF export and additional caregivers) are available by subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

2. Accounts

You must be an adult to create a Rosa account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your account secure. If you invite a caregiver, you're responsible for their access to the baby's data, and you can revoke it at any time in Settings.

3. Free trial

Rosa offers a free trial of Premium features. No payment method is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. You must actively choose and pay for a plan to keep Premium access.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly and Annual Premium subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through the app store you downloaded Rosa from: Apple's App Store on iOS, or Google Play on Android. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or the Google Play app (Android). We cannot process cancellations or refunds directly; those are handled solely by Apple or Google under their own policies.

5. Lifetime purchase: important limitations

Rosa offers a one-time "Lifetime Premium" purchase as an alternative to a recurring subscription. Please read this section carefully:

  • "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Rosa service, not your lifetime as a user. It means you will not be charged again for Premium access for as long as Rosa continues to operate. It is not a guarantee of access for a fixed or indefinite period regardless of circumstances.
  • Rosa is developed and operated by an independent developer. While we intend to support Rosa for as long as possible, we cannot guarantee that the app or the backend services it depends on will operate indefinitely.
  • If we ever have to discontinue Rosa or materially change how Lifetime access works, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Lifetime purchasers in advance through the app or by email.
  • Buying Lifetime access does not entitle you to a refund solely because the service is later discontinued or changed, beyond what you already received, except where required by applicable law or the refund policies of Apple or Google. All purchases remain subject to the standard App Store or Google Play refund process, which we do not control.
  • We may add new features over time that are included in some plans and not others. Existing Lifetime purchasers will keep access to the Premium feature set as it exists at the time of any such change, at our reasonable discretion, but we do not guarantee that every future feature will automatically be included in a past Lifetime purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Rosa to store data you don't have the right to store, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the app.

7. Disclaimer

Rosa is a tracking and organisational tool, not a medical device. Growth charts, predictions and reminders are estimates based on the data you enter and general reference curves (for example, WHO growth standards). They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for consulting a paediatrician or other healthcare professional. Vaccination schedule information is provided for organisational convenience only; always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that breach these terms. You can stop using Rosa and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Rosa after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
